Symbiotic Relationships is a very scientific names for an different relationships with two or more different animals. For the Dolphin and the Remora they share a commensalistic relationship. A Commensalistic relationship or Commensalism is when 1 species benefits and the other isn't affected. Another example of this would be The Dolphin and the Sea Slug. The Dolphin eats and swim where the Sea Slug lives to that means that one benefits (the dolphin) and the Sea Slug is unharmed. Mutualism is when both species involved benefit for both relationship an example of that would be the Humpback Whale and The Dolphin. They both get along and play well, therefore they both benefit from the happiness they give. Another example would be The Dolphin and the Killer Whale, they get along really well. Parasitism is when one species benefits and the is harmed for example dolphins and tapeworms. Tapeworms eat away at the dolphin, so it hurts the dolphin. Another example would be Flukes and Dolphins; Flukes they travel in dolphins blood stream. The dolphin's predator the Tiger Shark is an example of Parasitism.
